宁夏稻米品质性状的主成分及聚类分析

摘    要:运用主成分及聚表分析法分析了宁夏近25年来审定的47个水稻品种的6项稻米品质性状,结果表明:稻米品质性状间存在复杂的相关性,呈极显著或显著相关关系;通过6×6阶相关矩阵主成分分析,得到了5个具有不同意义的主成分值,前5个特征根的累计贡献率高达96.04%;而且47个品种通过聚类分为7类,其中以第1类的品质性状表现最好,第2、3类次之,第4、7、5、6类的依次降低.

Abstract:By analyzing 6 quality traits of the 47 rice varieties validated by Ningxia in the past 25 years, results showed that:Quality traits of rice had complex relevance each other, and the correlation was significant or ex treme significant. Through principal component analysis by 6 x6 correlation matrix,five principal component with different values were received,cumulative contribution rate was up to 96.04% of the former five eigenval ue. 47 varieties were divided into 7 categories through cluster analysis,and the first Category had the best qual ity traits, the second and the third took the second place, and the forth, the seventh, the fifth, the sixth followed in sequence.
