转C43基因水稻能量亏缺及其补偿技术探讨

摘    要:转C43基因(PEPC+ PPDK+ ME)水稻光合速率与转PEPC单基因水稻相近,存在能量亏缺现象.分析了转C43基因水稻能量亏缺的原因,探讨了生产上可用的能量亏缺补偿技术,为转C4基因水稻的推广提供技术途径.

Abstract:Compared with the transgenic rice with a single C4 gene of PEPC,the transgenic rice with three C4 genes of PEPC,PPDK and ME does not show a markedly higher photosynthetic rate,resulting from an energy deficit in it.The reasons of energy deficit were analyzed in the transgenic rice carrying three C4 genes of PEPC,PPDK and ME.The technical approach to solving the problem of energy deficit was discussed to enhance the application of the C4 transgenic rice.
