| 摘 要： | 本文剖析了在江苏农业处于历史性转折关头，农业生产人地矛盾、量质矛盾、增产减收矛盾的交融与激化将导致一轮新的农业科技革命的诞生，阐述了江苏新的农业科技革命应有其特定的内涵，文章指出只有在新品种、新技术更新上找准切入点，在创新科技运行机制上选准突破口，大力推进农业产业化经营，才能实现江苏农业跨世纪的发展目标。

| Abstract: | Abstract A new revolution on agricultural science & technology will be caused from melting & stimulation contradictories among people & land,quantity & quantity,increasing output & reduction of income at the history transition of Jiangsu agriculture.New revolution on agricultural science and technology of Jiangsu province should have special intention,the agricultural department target of new century should be realized that based on renewal of varieties,creating of technical running system,promoting agriculture industrialization. |
