| 摘 要： | 采用带通滤波提取拖拉机变速箱各档齿轮传动以啮合频率为基频的前５个谐波的记值作为诊断参数，为变速箱不拆卸诊断提供了一种方法和依据。研制的机器振动检测仪，使用方便可靠。

| Abstract: | The values of the first five-time harmonic freguencies of all stage gear drive of the tractor gearbox, obtained by the band pass filter was used as the disgriosis parameter, with the engagement freguency being the fundamental freguency. A method for non-disassemble diagncsising the gearbox was pvovided. A vibration detector was developed. It is covenient and reliable to use. |
