白叶枯病抗性基因Xa23的分子检测

摘    要:用与水稻抗白叶枯病基因Xa23紧密连锁的SSR标记RM206,对中野5112、恢复系桂649及其35份优良杂交后代F4材料进行分子检测。结果显示,供体材料中野5112和其中的13份杂交后代材料携带有Xa23抗性等位点,占37.14%,受体材料桂649和另外的22份杂交后代材料没有携带Xa23抗性等位点。说明Xa23基因的遗传比较稳定,出现在优良杂交后代的机率较高,为选育和创新优良的抗白叶枯病育种中间材料,进而育成抗谱广、抗性持久的杂交稻组合和常规稻品种提供了良好的基础。

Abstract:In the present study,Zhongye 5112(donor),Gui 649(acceptor) and their 35 hybridized F4 off-springs were detected with the PCR-based molecular marker RM206,which is closely linked to rice bacterial leaf blight(BLB) resistant gene Xa23.The results showed that the allele of Xa23 appeared in the Zhongye 5112 and its 13 F4 off-springs with rate of 37.14%,while it could not be detected in Gui 649 and other 22 off-springs.These results indicated that the heredity of gene Xa23 was stable and had strong inheritance probability during hybridization.The present study provides a good foundation for breeding good intermediate materials resistant to BLB and making hybrid rice combinations and conventional rice varieties with wide and stable resistance.
