| 摘 要： | 通过对班克松闭合型干果和鲜果人工取种试验研究，结果表明：当年鲜球果和干球果在280℃高温条件下烘烤，种鳞开裂的时间分别为12s和10s；鲜球果高温开裂后，鳞片在12d之内张度达到5.1mm，种子从鳞片中脱出；干球果在高温开裂后，用喷水方法增加球果含水量，种鳞开张度达到10．2mm，种子脱出。

| Abstract: | Experiments of artificial seed extraction from closed dry and fresh cone of Pinus banksiana were conducted.Results show that dry and fresh cone are baked under high temperature of 280 ℃.The split-up time of seminiferous scale is 12 seconds and 10 seconds;tension of scale can reach 5.1 mm in 12 days and the seeds split.After dry cones split under high temperature,moisture content is added by using water spray method.Tension of scale can reach 10.2 mm.The seeds are extracted. |
