| Abstract: | The comprehensive qualities including political, moral, cultural, ability and psychological quality and so on should be paid special attention to so as to quicken the improvement for the cadres working in the labor union. Meanwhile, it can be realized from the following three aspects, that is, strengthening learning,strengthening practical training and laying stress on one's accomplishment in self-cultivation. |
