摘    要:以南洋楹(Paraserianthes falcataria(L.)Nielsen)优树萌芽条幼嫩枝条的顶芽、腋芽为外植体,研究了不同浓度植物生长调节剂对南洋楹组培苗增殖及生根的影响.结果表明:南洋楹组培苗适宜增殖培养基为MS +6-BA( 1.0 mg/L)+NAA(0.075 mg/L),月增殖率为2.65;适宜生...

Abstract:With juvenile branches as explants, studies were performed on the effects of plant growth regulators on proliferation and rooting of Albizia falcataria(L.) Fosberg. The result showed: optimum medium for proliferation was MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.075mg/L, with proliferation rate up to 2.65; suitable rooting medium was 1/3 MS+IBA0.1mg/L+NAA0.01 mg/L, and rooting rate reached 54.6%; survival rate after transplantation was 95.8%.
