分离式热管换热器传热特性研究

摘    要:传统分离式热排管换热管的研究大多数都针对竖直并联型,而对水平排管串联型热管的研究,目前还未见报道。为此,对高强化传热分离式热管换热器的传热性能进行了实验研究,得到了换热器冷凝侧及蒸发侧传热系数的经验公式,以及外部通道对流换热表面传热系数的准则方程式。其研究成果可作为干燥系统中此种换热装置设计的参考依据。

Abstract:The traditional separation formula hot comb majority trades the heat pipe the research all to aim at vertical is parallel, but to the horizontal comb series heat pipe research, has not seen the report at present. Therefore, in this article, the heat transfer characteristics of the separate type heat pipe exchanger with enhancing heat transfer technology were studied experimentally. The empirical correlations of the heat transfer coefficients of evaporator and condenser were obtained. The non-dimension equation of the heat transfer coefficient of outer channel surface was also deduced. The research result can be used in drying process of grain or other agricultural by-products.
