大棚蔬菜连作对土壤多糖影响的研究

摘    要:研究了大棚蔬菜作物连作条件下对土壤多糖的影响,测定了不同蔬菜连作土壤的多糖含量,并对土壤多糖的提取方法进行了优化。结果表明:对土壤样品进行6 h沸水浴处理,H2SO4浓度为2.0 mol/L条件下,多糖的提取效果最好;蔬菜连作土壤多糖含量的测定表明,连作4~5 a的大棚土壤多糖含量明显低于对照;种植叶菜类土壤的多糖含量高于种植果菜类土壤的含量,并且差异达到显著水平。

Abstract:In this paper,the polysaccharide contents of the soil from different continuous cropping vegetables were analysed and the extracting condition of soil polysaccharide was optimized.The results showed that the optimum extracting conditions were 2 mol/L H2SO4 and 6 h treatment in boiling water.And according to above results,the soil polysaccharide content of different continuous vegetable cropping were determined.The results showed that the polysaccharide content of greenhouse soil of four to five years was si...
