| 摘 要： | 为了探讨茶树扦插育苗新技术,采用短穗长侧枝扦插,并配合施用植物生长调节剂相结合的方法,对茶树扦插育苗以及快速出圃技术进行了研究。试验结果表明:成活率及出圃明显提高,育苗期明显缩短,最高成活率达100%;出圃率达90.2%;育苗期为4~5个月,比短穗扦插缩短6个月以上;苗圃可连续使用,病虫及杂草明显减少;有利于节省育苗成本和增加收入。

| Abstract: | The objective of this study was to explore new techniques for the tea-growing seedling. The major method was cuttage of short stem with a long lateral shoot and application of plant growth regulator. The experiment result showed it was favorable obviously to raise survival rate and the rate of nursery coming out and to shorten the times of growing seedling. The highest survival rate reached 100%,the rate of nursery coming out was 90.2%.The times of growing seedling were about 4~5 months and shortened above 6 months as compared with the method of cuttage of short stem. The nursery can be used successively. Diseases, insets and weeds were decreased obviously. It is favorable for decreasing the costs of growing seedling and increasing economic incomes. |
