| 摘 要： | 目的]为芍药切花的大田生产提供技术指导。方法]以芍药品种"桃花飞雪"和"杨妃出浴"为试验材料,观察测定不同处理及对照的芍药切花在瓶插期间的形态和生理变化。结果]采前21 d喷钙处理中,"杨妃出浴"的瓶插寿命达10 d,花径达16.5 cm,盛花期为4 d;"桃花飞雪"的瓶插寿命为9 d,花径为14.2 cm,盛花期为3 d。在采前21、14和7 d喷钙处理中,"桃花飞雪"切花的水分平衡值分别在瓶插第7、6和6天达负值;"杨妃出浴"的切花水分平衡值分别在瓶插第6、5和5天达负值;对照的水分平衡值在瓶插第4天达负值。"桃花飞雪"和"杨妃出浴"在同一时间的4个处理中的电导率均为:采前21 d喷钙<采前14 d喷钙<采前7 d喷钙 |
