索氏法提取微藻油脂的工艺优化研究

摘    要:目的]优化影响索氏法提取微藻油脂的工艺参数,为进一步研究打下基础。方法]以聚球藻为材料,采用索氏法提取微藻油脂,研究液料比、提取时间、提取温度对提取率的影响,获得较优工艺参数。结果]当液料比为6 ml/109cell,提取时间为4 h,提取温度为95℃时,所得油脂含量为0.125 mg/108cell。结论]该研究结果为进一步优化微藻油脂提取工艺奠定了基础。

Optimization of the Soxhlet Extraction Process of Microalgal Lipids

Abstract:Objective] To optimize the Soxhlet extraction parameters of microalgal lipids for further research.Method] Microalgal lipids were extracted from Synechococcus sp.with Soxhlet extraction method.And the effects of different liquid to solid ratios,extraction time and extraction temperatures on the extraction efficiency were studied to obtain optimal parameters.Result] The extraction efficiency was the highest when liquid to solid ratio was 6 ml/109 cell,extraction time was 4 h and extraction temperature was 95 ℃.And the content of microalgal lipids was 0.125 mg/108 cell.Conclusion] This study provided a basis for further optimizing the extraction process of microalgal lipids.
