摘    要:对高职院校食品掺伪检测课程的教学内容、教学方法和手段、实践教学等方面的改革进行了探讨,强调不断创新教学改革,提升教学理念,加强实践教学,以期使毕业生具备较强的动手能力和从事相关科研工作的能力,与用人单位食品岗位要求实现零距离对接。

Teaching Reform of Food Adulteration Detection in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract:The reform on the teaching content,teaching methods,practical teaching,etc.of the Food Adulteration Detection course in higher vocational colleges was discussed,it was emphasized to continuously innovate teaching reform,update teaching concept and enhance practical teaching,with the aim to improve both the operational and research ability of graduates so that they can well meet the requirements of employers.
