摘    要:目的]对宁夏几个春大豆(Glycine max)新品系进行综合评价,探讨其生产潜力。方法]以2011年春大豆产量比较试验的新品系为材料,对13个春大豆新品系的10个生物学性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果]根据遗传距离,聚类分析结果将13个春大豆新品系划分为2个特性不同的类群,主成分分析选出了株高、生育期、分枝数、荚数、粒重等综合性状因子对品种(系)进行初步综合评价。结论]该研究可为宁夏春大豆品种更新和筛选工作提供理论依据。

Multivariate Statistical Evaluation of Several New Spring Soybean (Glycine max) Lines

Abstract:Objective] The purpose was to comparatively evaluate several new spring soybean lines from Nixingxia,and discuss their productive capacity.Method] 10 biological characters of 13 new spring soybean lines from spring soybean yield comparison test of 2011 were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.Result] The results showed that 13 new spring soybean lines were divided into two taxa with different characteristics by clustering analysis according to the genetic distance.Plant height,growth period,branch number,pod number,grain weight,and other comprehensive character factors were elected by principal component analysis to use to carry out preliminary comprehensive evaluation on soybean lines.Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical basis for renewing and screening spring soybean varieties of Ningxia.
