可食膜的研究与应用进展

摘    要:可食膜作为一种新型包装材料,具有绿色环保、无毒无害、生物降解和提高食品保质期等优点,在人们的日常生活中得到越来越广泛的应用。随着人们对食品品质要求的提高,以及环保意识的增强,可食膜日益成为食品、医药等包装行业的研究热点。鉴于此,就几大类可食膜近几年的研究现状以及应用进展进行了相关综述,提出了目前可食膜存在的不足以及将来发展的趋势。

Research and Application Progress of Edible Film

Abstract:As a new packaging material,edible film has the advantages of environmental-friendly,nontoxic and harmless,biological degradation and improving the shelf life of food,and it is widely used in people’s daily life.With peoples’ improving requirements for food quality and their enhanced environmental protection awareness,edible film is becoming one of the research hotspots in the food and medicine packaging industry.Given above,the paper reviewed the research status and application progress of several edible films during recent years,and pointed out their shortcomings and future development tendency.
