摘    要:目的]了解固化污泥基质体中固化反应程度。方法]采用新型固化剂固化污泥,通过含水率的变化,研究不同水泥掺量比、石粉掺量比对不同龄期的固化污泥基质体固化反应程度的影响。结果]固化污泥基质体中的含水率随时间延长而降低,固化剂的掺入量越大,含水率越低;固化反应主要发生在前7 d;固化后污泥基质体的相对含水率随时间而变大;固化剂掺入量的增加对固化反应有推动作用,但也与固化剂的类型有关。结论]可以用含水率的变化来反映和了解固化反应进行程度,基于相对含水率估算固化反应程度的预测公式适用于固化污泥等固化污染土。

Analysis on the Solidification Reaction in Solidified Sludge Matrices Based on Water Content

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed at analyzing the solidification reaction in solidified sludge matrices based on the variation of water content.Method] Firstly,the original sludge was solidified by different amounts of cement and dry stone powder,then according to the changes of water content in the solidified sludge matrices,we discussed the effects of various cement and dry stone powder usages on the solidification reaction in the solidified sludge matrices at different ages.Result] In the solidified sludge matrices,water content decreased with the time,and the larger the solidifying agent’s usage,the lower the water content.The solidification reaction occurred mainly in the first seven days according to the changes of water content,and the relative water content increased with the time.In addition,the solidification reaction had been accelerated by the increase of solidifying agent’s usage,and the type of solidifying agent had also an important effect on the solidification reaction.Conclusion] The variation of water content could reflect the extent of solidification reaction,and the forecasting formula of the solidification reaction based on the relative water content is suitable for solidified sludge and other polluted soils.
