| 摘 要： | 围绕集体林权制度改革五大内容之一的林业发展金融服务改革的概念和内容,结合对陕西省富县和西乡县的实地调查,分析了陕西省林业发展金融服务改革中开展的各种措施和工作及其对林农营林活动的内外部因素和不可控与可控因素两方面的影响。最后从不同主体的角度指出陕西省林业发展金融服务改革中存在的问题并提出建议。

Research on the Impact of Forestry Financial Service Reform on the Farmers' Forest Management |

| Abstract: | Based on the concept and content of forestry financial service reform,which is one of the five contents of reforming the collective forest property right system,as well as a field investigation in Fuxian and Xixiang County of Shaanxi Province,various reform measures about the financial service were analyzed,and their impact on both the internal and external factors,controlled and uncontrolled variables of the farmers’ forestry management was discussed.Finally,the existing problems in the forestry financial service reform of Shaanxi Province were pointed out and some suggestions were proposed. |
