| 摘 要： | 为了提高农用天气预报的服务能力和工作效率,通过VB6.0编程技术、Access数据库技术和Surfer8绘图技术研发了吉林省农用天气预报系统。结果表明,该系统具有农用数据管理、农用指标和预报方法浏览查询、农用天气预报快速制作等功能;该系统使业务人员能在一个一体化的平台上查询农用数据,浏览细化的作物发育期指标、农事活动指标及知识库、农业气象灾害指标、农用天气预报方法,快速制作农用预报图和农用天气预报,为农用天气预报业务、服务和科研提供了有力的技术支撑,提高了农用天气预报业务的集约化、客观化、自动化水平,具有较好的实用价值。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the service quality and working efficiency of agricultural weather forecast,an agricultural weather forecast system was developed for Jilin Province with the VB6.0 programming technique,Access database and Surfer 8 mapping technology.With several functions,such as the management of agricultural data,the browse and query of agricultural index and forecast methods,the rapid forecast of agricultural weather,etc.,the system enables people to inquire agricultural data at an integrated platform,browse detailed crop growth index,agricultural activities and database,agricultural disasters and agricultural weather forecast methods,and draw the weather map.The system provides powerful technical support for the business,services and scientific research of agricultural weather forecast,and improves the intensive,objective and automatic weather forecast,thus it had high practical value. |
