包膜工艺对商品有机肥养分释放动态的影响

摘    要:目的]了解包膜对有机肥养分释放动态的影响,提高肥料利用率。方法]设置有机肥料包膜与不包膜两个处理,研究包膜工艺对商品有机肥养分释放和渗漏的影响。结果]未包膜有机肥土壤渗漏液中硝态氮日累积含量第3天左右急剧增加,第8天后趋于平稳,总体上高于包膜处理。包膜有机肥处理土壤渗漏液中硝态氮日累积含量在第3天、第11天均明显增加。未包膜有机肥处理土壤渗漏液中铵态氮、无机磷的日累积含量与包膜有机肥处理相差不大。包膜有机肥处理与未包膜有机肥处理前8 d的土壤渗漏液中钾日累积含量显著增加,10 d后无明显差异,但都显著高于空白处理。结论]包膜有机肥与未包膜有机肥在养分释放特性上存在差异,包膜处理一定程度上增强了有机肥的缓释性能。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to get know of the effects of coating on the nutrient release dynamic of organic fertilizers and increase the utilization rate of fertilizers.Method] 2 treatments of coated and uncoated organic fertilizers were set up to study the effects of coating technology on nutrient release and leakage of commercial organic fertilizers.Result] The daily accumulation content of nitrate-nitrogen in leakage solution of soil with uncoated organic fertilizers was sharply decreased on the 3rd and tended to be stable after the 8th d,which was higher than coating treatment on the whole.The daily accumulation content of nitrate-nitrogen in leakage solution of soil with coated organic fertilizers was obviously increased on the 3rd and the 11th d.The daily accumulation content of ammonium nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus in leakage solution of soil with uncoated organic fertilizers had little difference from that of treatment of coated organic fertilizers.The daily accumulation content of K in leakage solution of soil in the treatments with coated organic fertilizers and uncoated organic fertilizers were significantly increased in the first 8 days and they had no obvious difference after 10 d,but they were significantly higher than blank treatment.Conclusion] The nutrient release characteristics of coated organic fertilizers and uncoated organic fertilizers had differences and coating processing strengthened the release capability of organic fertilizers to a certain degree.
