| 摘 要： | 对4个平菇菌种PL-6、PL-39、PL-678、PL-德3分别在25℃1、60 r/min恒温震荡培养箱中进行培养,然后对其菌球密度、菌球直径、菌丝体干重及胞内外粗多糖等进行比较分析,结果表明,PL-德3是液体培养选育最佳优选菌种。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,four kinds of Pleurotus ostreats: PL-6,PL-39,PL-678,PL-de 3,were separately cultured in 25 Centigrade,160 r/min.Through measuring their fungus ball's density,fungus ball's diameter,mycelium dry weight and the weight of polysaccharide,the result was that De3 was the best kind of pleurotus ostreats. |
