vC对月季切花开花和衰老的影响

摘    要:在月季切花瓶插保鲜液中,加入100 mg/L vC,可降低盛开前的花径增大率,增大花朵开放直径,延缓花枝的失水速率,瓶插期间维持月季切花较高的保水能力,增强切花花朵膜损伤修复能力,降低MDA的生成量,提高POD、CAT活性,延长瓶插至盛开期天数,从而延长瓶插寿命.

Abstract:Added in solution of cut rose for keeping fresh,100 mg/L vC reduced increase rate of flower diameter before full opening,increased flower diameter,declined water lose rate,maintained higher ability of keeping water during easing stage,stressed blemish recover ability of flower membrane,decreased malondialehyde(MDA)content,increased activities of peroxidiase(POD)and catalase(CAT),extended the days of easing to full opening, so prolonged vase life.
