摘    要:选取50日龄体重相近的仔鸡2 700只,按性别随机分为发酵床试验组和地面平养对照组进行饲养对比试验。研究了发酵床养殖方式对优质鸡生产性能及鸡舍环境的影响。结果表明,试验组鸡日增重高于对照组,但差异不显著(P0.05),试验组平均日采食量显著低于对照组,料肉比较对照组降低17.6%(P0.05)。在进入产蛋期后,试验组鸡群产蛋时间和产蛋量方面均高于对照组。此外,发酵床试验组舍内氨气浓度和空气中固体悬浮颗粒物浓度均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。总之发酵床养殖方式可以为鸡群提供良好的生长环境,达到健康养殖的目的。

Effects of Deep-litter System on Growth Performance of Quality Chickens and on Coop Environment

Abstract:This experiment was carried out on chicken farm, to study the effect of deep-litter system on growth performance of broilers and on coop environment. 50-days-old chickens (n = 2 700) were randomly divided into 2 treatment groups. Chickens fed on deep-litter system were the experimental group. The results showed that : the average daily gain of the experimental group was higher than the control group, but the differ- ence was not significant (P 〉 0.05 ). The average daily feed intake of the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group, and the feed to gain ratio was lower than the control group by 17.6% ; in the laying period, the laying time and egg production of the experimental group were all better than the control group. In addition, the ammonia concentration and the solid suspended particulate matter in the air of chicken coops of the deep-litter system group were all significantly lower than the control group. In conclusion, the deep-litter system can offer favorable growing environment for chicken group to attain the aim of healthy breeding.
