| 摘 要： | 共同富裕与城乡融合发展有着广泛的实践联系与内在的逻辑联系。城乡产业的深度融合、城乡人才的有序流动、城乡文化的交融互鉴、城乡生态的协同优化与城乡基层组织的联合聚力为共同富裕提供了支撑与保障。现今，共同富裕视域下城乡融合在总体向好的同时还存在一些不足，在城乡产业衔接紧密性、城乡人才要素流动性、城乡文化资源共享性、城乡生态资源互补性、城乡基层组织联动性方面有待提高。应着重通过健全城乡产业衔接共建机制、城乡人才双向流动机制、城乡文化资源共享机制、城乡生态资源互补机制与城乡基层组织协同共治机制等为城乡融合发展提供路径指引。

| Abstract: | Common prosperity and urban and rural integrated development have extensive practical connection and internal logical relation. The deep integration of urban and rural industries, the orderly flow of urban and rural talents, the mutual integration of urban and rural grass-roots cultures, the collaborative optimization of urban and rural ecology and the joint cohesion of urban and rural organizations provide support and guarantee for common prosperity. At present, from the perspective of common prosperity, the integration of urban and rural areas is overall improving, but there are still some shortcomings, which are mainly reflected compactness of urban and rural industries still improved the mobility of urban and rural talent elements still enhanced, the sharing of urban and rural cultural resources still improved, the complementarity of urban and rural ecological resources still improved, and the urgent improving the linkage of urban and rural grass-roots unit organizations. In the new era, emphasis should be placed on providing path guidance for the integrated development of urban and rural areas through improving the joint construction mechanism of urban and rural industries, the bi-direction flow mechanism of urban and rural talents, the sharing mechanism of urban and rural cultural resources, the complementary mechanism of urban and rural ecological resources and the cooperative governance mechanism of urban and rural organizations. |
