基于因子分析法和熵权法的安徽省水资源承载力综合评价

摘    要:以安徽省为例,采用因子分析法从经济社会发展、水资源开发利用特征、生态环境等12个指标中选取影响安徽省水资源承载力的3个主因子,运用熵权法对3个主因子得分赋权重,综合评价了2005—2019年安徽省水资源承载力情况。结果表明,2005—2019年安徽省水资源承载力变化不稳定,2005—2016年呈逐渐升高趋势,并于2016年达到最高值,2017年有所降低,2018年又有所提升,2019年再次降低,出现这种变化趋势主要是受降水量的影响。最后针对安徽省当前水资源面临的窘境,提出了相应的对策,以期为安徽省水资源优化配置提供参考。

Comprehensive Evaluation of Water Resources Carrying Capacity in Anhui Province Based on Factor Analysis and Entropy Weight MethodLI Bao-chun(Anhui and Huaihe River Institute of Hydraulic Research,Hefei,Anhui 230088)
Abstract:Take Anhui Province as an example,factor analysis was used to select three main factors affecting the water resources carrying capacity of Anhui Province from 12 indicators, such as economic and social development, water resources exploitation and utilization characteristics, and ecological environment,the entropy weight method was used to assign weight to the three principal factors,comprehensive evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province from 2005 to 2019.The result showed that in recent 15 years, the changes of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province were not stable,from 2005 to 2016, it showed a gradual increasing trend, and reached the highest value in 2016.It decreased in 2017, increased in 2018, and decreased again in 2019, mainly due to precipitation.Finally, according to the predicament of current water resources in Anhui Province, the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in order to provide reference for the optimal allocation of water resources in Anhui Province.
