| 摘 要： | 《农产品加工机械与设备》是新疆农业大学机械类专业的核心课程之一。针对该课程章节涉及内容广泛造成学生学习难度大,教学过程中存在偏理论轻实践的问题,本文基于项目教学法在课程教学中的应用进行实践与探索。实践证明项目教学法可以有效优化课程教学过程,充分调动学生学习全过程中的积极性,有利于落实“以学生为中心”的教学理念,同时强化学生理论联系实际的能力,有效地提高课程教学质量,为新疆地区农产品加工机械与装备应用型人才的培养提供帮助。

| Abstract: | Agricultural Processing Machinery and Equipment is one of the core courses of Xinjiang Agricultural University in machinery. In view of the difficulty of students" learning due to the extensive content of the course chapters and the problem of theory over practice in the teaching process, this paper practices and explores the application of project teaching method in the course teaching. It is proved that the project pedagogy can effectively optimize the course teaching process, fully mobilize the students" enthusiasm in the whole learning process, help to implement the teaching concept of "student-centered", strengthen the students" ability to relate theory to practice, effectively improve the quality of the course teaching, and provide assistance to the cultivation of applied talents in agricultural processing machinery and equipment in Xinjiang. It will help to cultivate applied talents of agricultural processing machinery and equipment in Xinjiang. |
