摘    要:山药是一种质脆易断深根类作物,机械化收获时易出现断裂、破皮、损伤的现象。本文对山药生物学的特性、开沟种植与收获技术、浅生种植与收获技术、套管种植与收获技术的发展情况及制约因素进行了分析,并对山药种植技术和收获机械化发展提出了几点对策。

Abstract:As a fragile and easily broken deep-rooted crop, yams are prone to breakage, skin breakage, and damage during mechanized harvesting. This paper analyzed the characteristics of yam biology, the development and constraints of open furrow planting and harvesting technology, shallow growing and harvesting technology, and casing planting and harvesting technology. Several countermeasures were put forward for the development of yam planting technology and harvest mechanization.
