摘    要:对甘蓝型油菜与诸葛菜的杂种的花粉母细胞的减数分裂的观察表明,染色体组分割现象在该杂种中广泛存在。对染色体组分割现象的分析表明,核质杂种的形成机制在于“染色体组分割现象”。同时还分析了“诸葛菜”核在不同质情况下的行为。

Abstract:The observation of meiosis on the F1 hybrid between Brassica napus and Orychophragmus violaceus showed that chromosome set fractionation exist in the hybrid. The analysis on the phenomenone of chromosome set fractionation showed that the nuclear-cytoplasmic hybrids between O. violaceus and B. napus were acguired which is due to chromosome set fractionation. Otherwise, the different behaviours of O. violaceus nuclear in different cytoplasmic were analysed.
