畜禽舍硫化氢检测方法的研究现状

摘    要:硫化氢是畜禽舍中浓度比较低的一种有毒气体,具有臭鸡蛋味,不仅对人和畜的健康造成影响,而且容易对周围环境产生污染.因而,必须对养殖场内的硫化氢进行分析检测,来控制硫化氢的浓度.为此,简述了国内外对畜禽场内硫化氢浓度的分布情况和测定结果;介绍了国内外在检测畜禽舍内硫化氢浓度时的采样点布置;综述了目前国内外硫化氢的主要检测方法(包括光谱分析法、化学分析法、传感器分析法和色谱分析法等)及其近年来的研究现状;指出了今后研究的重点是畜禽场有害气体对外排放的监测和扩散模型的研究,以及开发快速、便宜、连续、选择性好且灵敏度高的小型化硫化氢现场检测仪器.

Abstract:Hydrogen sulfide is one of the several noxious gases emitted by livestock confinement facilities, which contributes significantly to odor even at very low concentration. Because of its great threats to both animals and workers in the building, many researches have been developed on its concentration monitoring and detecting. The recent studies of hydrogen sulfide distribution and concentration in animal facilities were introduced. The concentration was quite different depending on the position and time in a day. Various placements of sampling locations were given according to the related literatures. The paper also presented the recent development of hydrogen sulfide detecting methods designed or applied by common researchers especially using sensors. Finally, the future work was suggested to focus on the studies of hydrogen sulfide emissions from animal buildings and its dispersion models, as well as exploiting instruments with good selectivity and high sensitivity for fast, low-cost and continuous detecting.
