| 摘 要： | 通过基因型筛选,选出具有较高再生潜力的萝卜品种,并对其进行了外植体类型、琼脂浓度、激素配比等试验,比较了不同浓度的AgNO3、ABA、TDZ和抗生素对萝卜再生的影响,在改良MS+6-BA 5 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖20 g/L+琼脂9%+AgNO35 mg/L+ABA 0.3 mg/L+TDZ 0.2 mg/L培养基上,建立了再生率达80.2%的萝卜再生体系。

| Abstract: | This study evaluated shoot organogenesis potential of 4 genotypes of Radish.The results showed that their regeneration rates varied significantly.The genotype which had the maximum shoot regeneration rate was chosen for studying the effects of different explants,the concentration of agar,AgNO_3,ABA,TDZ,antibiotic and hormone combination on shoot regeneration.The maximum rate of shoot regeneration 80.2% was obtained in the medium Modified MS 6-BA 5 mg/L NAA 0.1 mg/L Sucrose 20 g/L Agar9% AgNO_3 5 mg/L ABA 0.3 mg/L TDZ 0.2 mg/L |
