| Abstract: | Pyrethroid is an important kind of insecticides and is widely used for control of many common pests on crops and domestic animals.In China,pyrethroid is widely used on cottons,teas,fruit trees,and vegetables.However,pyrethroid is highly toxic when it is ingested and especially highly toxic to fish and aquatic invertebrates.Immunoassays have been proofed to be a fast,sensitive and selective method for detection of pyrethroid at a trace level.The establishments and applications of pyrethroids' immunoassay were introduced.The research directions of pyrethroids' immunoassay were prospected. |
