摘    要:通过对农产品、食品概念的辨析,探讨了食用农产品的范围,并从供应链的角度探讨了食用农产品的质量安全内涵,指出我国现阶段政府应制定质量安全管理对策,对食用农产品供应链全过程进行监督。

Abstract:Through differentiating the concept of agricultural products and food,the scope of edible agricultural products was discussed.The meaning of edible agricultural products' quality safety was also analyzed from the aspect of supply chain.It was pointed out that the government should establish the quality safety management countermeasures to supervise the whole period of the supply chain of agricultural products.
