烟嘧磺隆对糯玉米愈伤组织生长及分化的影响

摘    要:以糯玉米的愈伤组织为研究对象,研究不同浓度烟嘧磺隆对愈伤组织生长分化的影响,确定合适的筛选浓度。结果表明,烟嘧磺隆对糯玉米愈伤组织的存活率、相对生长量及分化率均有不同程度抑制作用。经烟嘧磺隆处理的愈伤组织颜色略深、质地紧密,褐化增多。在烟嘧磺隆浓度为160 mg/kg 条件下,玉米愈伤组织的存活率及分化率均达最低,分别为1.31%和0。110 mg/kg浓度烟嘧磺隆对糯玉米愈伤组织具有明显的致死作用。

Abstract:Take maize calli as research object, the effects of herbicide Nicosulfuron with different concentrations on growth and regeneration of wax maize calli were studied, so as to identify the appropriate screening concentration. The results revealed that herbicide Nicosulfuron obviously restrained maize calli survival rate, growth and regeneration, changed the callus appearance. Wax maize calli survival rate and regeneration rate were the least respectively with 1.31% and 0 when cultured on medium with 160 mg/kg of Nicosulfuron. The formation and proliferation of wax maize calli were inhibited and killed when concentration of Nicosulfuron was 110 mg/kg.
