摘    要:以10个不同遗传背景的单倍体诱导系为共同父本,24个人工组配的不同基因型基础材料为受体母本,对基础材料、基础材料的杂交模式和基础材料的组配亲本的单倍体诱导率进行分析。结果表明,不同基因型基础材料间单倍体诱导率差异显著,变化幅度较大,诱导系诱导效率与基础材料基因型有一定的相关性;相同杂交模式的基础材料间诱导率变化也较大,杂交模式间诱导率均值差异不显著;具有相同亲本的基础材料诱导率变化较大,组间差异不显著。诱导率大小受基因互作等多因素影响。

Abstract:Twenty-four basis materials with different genotypes were trialed as maternal for haploid induction, which ten haploid inducers with different genetic background were used as a mixed-pollen joint donator. The results showed that the haploid induction rates varied greatly among different basis materials and were related to their genotypes. The induction rates in a group with same cross model or a same parent differed greatly, meanwhile the mean rates between groups changed not significantly. The haploid induction rate of a material was mainly effected by its gene interaction as one of the most important factors.
