| 摘 要： | 微卫星标记是一类基于PCR技术的分子标记,与其他标记相比具有多态性高、重复性好、结果稳定、检测简便、费用低等特点。介绍了水稻微卫星技术的原理和方法以及微卫星标记在水稻中的应用。

| Abstract: | Micro-satelfire markers are valuable PCR-based molecular markers. Compared with other molecular markers, micro-satellite markers have additional advantages such as high polymorphism and good repetitive. They are also technically easy and inexpensive in use. In this paper the principle and method of micro-satellite technique and its application in rice were present. |
