| 摘 要： | 介绍了我国食用植物油制取及加工的历史和现状,探讨未来的发展方向,对传统的压榨法制油和当前广泛使用的工业浸出法制油的优缺点作了较为详细的研究和比较,列举典型的工艺流程和技术参数,对食用植物油制取及加工技术的研究有一定参考价值。
