摘    要:目的]研究用万寿菊根提取物制备3种农药剂型的工艺流程及其对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制效果。方法]用万寿菊根提取出了浸膏,并用其浸膏来配制了20%农药悬浮剂、9%水剂和40%可湿性粉剂3种农药剂型;对3种农药剂型的稳定性进行分析,并用悬浮剂和水剂对黄瓜枯萎病菌进行了毒力测试。结果]9%水剂对黄瓜枯萎病菌生长有较好的抑制效果,在2.5~50.0 mg/ml浓度范围内对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率为14.3%~63.6%,其EC50和EC95分别为23.96、27.4 mg/m;20%悬浮剂在2.5~50.0 mg/ml浓度范围内对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率为7.3%~44.1%,有一定的抑制效果,但不明显,其EC50和EC95分别为64.93、193.1 mg/ml。结论]该研究为利用万寿菊根研制新型生物农药提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The aimed to research the technology process for preparing 3 pesticide formulations from tagetes root extract and their inhibitory effect against cucumber fusarium wilt.Method] The extract,obtained from tagetes root,was used to preparr 3 kinds of pesticide formulations including 20% pesticide suspension agent,9%water agent and(40% wettable powder.The stability of 3 pesticide formulations was analyzed,and the virulence test was conducted on cucumber fusarium wilt with suspension agent and water agent.Result] 9% water agent was in good inhibitory effect against cucumber fusarium wilt growth,the inhibitory rate was 14.3%~63.6% within its concn.range of 2.5~50.0 mg/ml and its EC50 and EC95 were 23.9 and 627.4 mg/ml resp.The inhibitory rate against cucumber fusarium wilt for 20% suspension agent at 2.5~50.0 mg/ml was 7.3%~44.1%,having some inhibitory effect against cucumber fusarium wilt,but its effect was not obvious,and its EC50 and EC95 were 64.9 and 3 193.1 mg/ml resp.Conclusion] This research provided scientific basis for developing new type bio-pesticide through utilizing tagetes root.
