| 摘 要： | 人参存在连作障碍,栽过一次人参的土壤要30年后才能再栽参,否则会导致人参腐烂,这已成为参业发展的限制因子.已有的研究认为人参连作障碍是由于栽参土壤理化性质变劣、病原微生物累积所致,但改良土壤和彻底灭菌并不能解决人参连作障碍问题.作者从化感物质角度开展了人参连作障碍研究,提出了化感物质-土壤劣变-病原微生物的相互作用是连作障碍主要原因的新观点,对人参连作障碍的解决途径进行了探讨. |

| Abstract: | Panax ginseng cannot be cultivated on the same plot of land consecutively within 30 years or ginseng root would turn rusty and rot.This is called ginseng discontinuous cultivating.Researchers both at home and abroad hold the belief that ginseng discontinuous cultivating was caused by soil deterioration and pathogenic fungal accumulation.But ginseng still cannot be cultivated on the some plot after soil improvement and sterilization.The cause of ginseng discontinuous cultivating was researched from a new angle of allelopathy in this paper.The results showed that the synthetical effect of the three factors of allelopathy,soil deterioration and pathogenic fungi was the major cause of ginseng discontinuous cultivating.The workable solution to ginseng discontinuous cultivating was approached. |
