白龙江水源涵养林综合效益计量研究

摘    要:白龙江水源涵养林作为甘肃南部山地生态系统的主体,在通过提供木材等林产品产生直接经济效益的同时,产生了巨大的生态、社会效益。经计量评价,自1952年至今已产生的生态效益超过2 500亿元,是直接经济效益的13.23倍。其中每年由于林木净生长产生的潜在经济效益2.49亿元,生态效益46.27亿元,通过森林的防护效益产生的级差地租收入,节约社会劳动,增加社会就业机会,为地方医疗卫生、科技教育服务,以森林文化发展旅游事业多种效益货币化,为在流域范围内征收森林生态效益补偿费奠定了基础。

Abstract:Water resource conservation forest in Bailongjiang as the body of the mountains ecosystem in south Gansu,both provides forest product,such as timber,which has direct economic benefit and brings great ecology and social benefit.By metrological evaluation,since 1952 it has produced ecology benefit more than two hundred and fifty billion Chinese Yuan,Which is 13.23 times as much as the direct economic benefit.Among them,Potential economic benefit of two hundred and forty-nine million Chinese Yuan and ecological benefit of four thousand six hundred and twenty-seven million Chinese Yuan are produced by annual forest growing.By causing the income of land differential,decreasing the social labor and increasing the chance of employment,serving for the local health and the technical education,developing tourist in forest culture,and so on,its result has stronger forest multiple benefit and has foundation of the levy compensation for the forest ecology benefit in the catchments,if these benefits monetized.
