| 甘肃产区滩羊主要经济性状遗传参数的估测及应用 |

| 摘 要： | 对甘肃产区滩羊主要经济性状遗传参数的估测结果表明,滩羊初生期、二毛期经济性状的遗传力值除优良花穗面积偏低(h~2=0.18)外,余为中等遗传力(h~2=0.21—0.32)。为提高这些性状的遗传进展,应将个体表型同祖先和后代品质结合进行选择才是正确的。性状间的相关分析表明,除了初生毛长与够毛日龄呈负相关外,其余性状间则呈程度不等的正相关,其中初生毛长与初生毛弯的遗传相关r_A=0.41,初生毛长与二毛毛弯的遗传相关r_A=0.44,选择初生毛长长的羊,有利于后代毛股弯曲性状的提高,同时还能缩短够毛日龄。滩羊周岁龄活重和毛量性状为高遗传力性状(h~2分别为0.14,0.38)因此,只要不断地选择周岁龄时体大毛量高的羊只留种,就会逐代提高成年滩羊的毛肉生产性能。

Studies on Tan-Sheep Ecology and Selection Method—The Estimation and Application of Genetic Parameters for Main Economic Traits on Tan—sheep in Gansu |

| Abstract: | The estimatical results of genaetic parameters for main economic traits in new born lamb and one—month fur lamb showed that these traits had middle heritability(h~2=0.2—0.32)except the area of regular crimp pattern(h~2=0.8).In order to improve genetic gain of these traits,the selecion should be proceeded by means of combining individual appearance with quality of ancestors and descenadants.The analysis of genetic correlation among traits showed that these traits presented positive genetic correlation of different degrees(r-A=0.11—0.75),but between the length of wool bundle at birth and the days of reaching fur lamb a negative correlation(r-A=-0.27) was found the longer wool bandle at birth was selected, the crimps of wool bunch would be better,and the days of reaching fur lamb could bshorkened.The tralts of yearling weight and yearling flcece weight on Tan—Sheef belonged tohigh heritable =0.41,0.38resp.). ls conzluded that the wool and meat productivity of mature Tan—Sheco will be improved,so long as the excellent traits for wool and meat are selected,continuously, |
