| 摘 要： | 环介导等温扩增技术(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)是一种新型恒温扩增技术。LAMP技术不需要特殊的精密仪器设备,结果观察和判定直观,且具有成本低廉、操作简单、反应时间短、特异性强、灵敏度高等优点。因此特别适合现场快速检测及基层普及应用,具有很高的实用推广价值。作者就LAMP技术的原理、反应过程、操作过程及其在禽流感、口蹄疫、高致病性蓝耳病和猪瘟等重大动物疫病诊断中的应用等作一综述。

| Abstract: | A novel isothermal amplification method,termed loop- mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP),which need no special precision instruments at work and have the advantage of low cost,simplicity of operation, rapidity, high specificity,efficiency, may be especially suitable for on-site fast detection and grassroots popularization applications. The principle,reaction and operation process of LAMP and its application in viruses detection of graveness animal disease were reviewed. |
