罗非鱼荧光假单胞菌的分离鉴定

摘    要:从发病罗非鱼中分离获得1株革兰氏阴性杆菌,依据细菌形态、培养、生理生化特性初步鉴定为荧光假单胞菌,结合PCR检测、克隆测序及Blast比对分析,进一步确定该分离菌株为荧光假单胞菌。致病性试验结果显示,该分离菌株具有较高的致病性,能引起罗非鱼发病、死亡,其病理变化与荧光假单胞菌引起的鱼类赤皮病完全相似。药敏试验结果显示,该分离菌株对氟哌酸、氧氟沙星、新霉素高度敏感,但对氨苄青霉素、青霉素、阿莫西林等不敏感。

Abstract:One pathogenic gram-negative bacillus bacterial strain with β-hemolysis properties was isolated from the sick tilapia collected from the fish-breeding pond in Guangxi.The isolate was identified as Pseudomonas fluorescens on the basis of morphology,cultural performances and biochemical characteristics.The results were verified by PCR diagnosis,nucleotide sequencing and NCBI blast.The results of the pathogenicity test showed that the isolate had strong pathogenicity to tilapia and induced morbidity and mortality with similar pathological change in red skin disease of fish induced by Pseudomonas fluorescens.The results of drug sensitivity showed that the isolate was highly sensitive to norfloxacin,ofloxacin and neomycin,but insensitive to ampicillin,penicillin and amoxicillin,etc.
