甜菜夜蛾颗粒体病毒毒力的生物测定

摘    要:以甜菜夜蛾2—3龄幼虫为供试虫,对国内外首次发现的甜菜夜蛾颗粒体病毒(Laphygmaexiguegranylosisvirus,LeGV)进行了生物测定.在23—25℃相对湿度70%—80%下其样品死亡机率值与浓度对数值的回归方程是y=0.45x+3.76(r=0.99),LC50=572.4颗粒体·mL-1,LC50的95%置信区为158—2084颗粒体·mL-1.甜菜夜蛾不同龄期幼虫对LeGV的敏感性不同,初孵幼虫敏感性最强,2、3龄次之,4龄幼虫极不敏感.此外,贮藏期温度对LeGV感染力的影响也进行了初步研究.

Abstract:Bioassay on the granulos virus of Laphygma exigue (LeGV) was conducted by using the 2nd-3rd instar larvae of L. exigue as test insect.Under the conditionsof temperature 23-25℃ and relative humidity 70%- 80%,the regression equation for the value of sample death probabilty and concentration logarithmic valuewas y=0.45x+3.76 (r =0.99),its LC50 572.4 capsules·mL-1 with 95% fiducial linits 158-2 084 capsules· mL-1.The susceptibility to LeGV was different among various instar larvaes,it turned out that the first instar larvae were most susceptible,and the following sequences were the 2nd,3rd and 4th instar.Moreover,the effect of storage temperatura on the infectivity of LeGV was also studied.
