摘    要:以银杏叶用栽培园、丰产园 (果叶兼用 )和盆栽园叶片以及盆栽银杏根部为试材 ,对比分析了黄酮含量的变化。结果表明 :叶用园叶黄酮含量最高 ,丰产园次之 ,盆栽园最低 ;达到含量高峰的时间 ,前期是叶用园最早 ,盆栽园次之 ,丰产园最慢 ,后期是盆栽园和叶用园同步 ,比丰产园早半月 ;含量高峰次数叶用园、丰产园均 3次 ,盆栽园 2次 ;变化幅度盆栽园最大 ,丰产园变化相对稳定。根系中有叶黄酮存在 ,早期含量甚微 ,后期逐渐稳步增加 ,与叶片相比 ,峰值低 ,10月份后二者变化趋势相反

Abstract:The flavonoids contents in Ginkgo biloba leaves and roots were determined in 1999 The assayed materials came from three different types of Ginkgo orchard i e leaf-utilized orchard(tree seeding,3 years old),seed-utilized orchard(grafted sapling,7 years old)and potted orchard(tree seeding,3 years old) The results indicated that the highest value of flavonoids content rested on leaf-utilized orchard,higher value on seed-utilized orchard and the lowest value on potted orchard In the early stage,the order to reach the peak of the flavonoids content ranked first,leaf-utilized orchard,then potted orchard first,which were earlier by 15 days or so than seed-utilized orchard There were three,three and two peaks of flavonoids contents for leaf-utilized orchard,seed-utilized orchard and potted orchard apiece,three and two peaks of flavonoids contents for leaf-utilized orchard,seed-utilized orchard and potted orchard apiece Compared with other two orchards,the change of flavonoids content in the seed-utilized orchard remained at a relative stable level It was first proved that the flavonoids existed in the root and its content was low,even only little in the early stage,then keep an increasing trend There was a converse change curve between the leaf flavonoids and the root flavonoids after Oct
