| 摘 要： | 针对危害食品安全的农药残留分析技术及其新进展进行了综述,其中色谱-质谱联用技术、毛细管电泳、酶免疫分析等已开始应用于食品的残留农药检测中,生物传感器在食品中农药残留检测有很大的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Analytical techniques of pesticide residues in food and its new development were summarized,in which,the Chromatography-mass spectrometry technique,capillary electrophoresis and enzyme-immunoanassay were applied in the determination of pesticide residues in food and the biosensor had great application foreground for determining the pesticide residues in food in future. |
