摘 要: | 从油菜远缘杂交后代F3群体中发现光温敏甘兰型油菜、芥菜型油菜雄性不育株,经套袋自交结合人工辅助授粉及异地繁殖选育等方法选育出甘兰型油菜光温敏雄性不育两用系501-8S和芥菜型油菜光温敏雄性不育两用系105-1S。多年的南北异地选育证明:在温度3~10℃,光照小于12h条件下表现为完全雄性可育;在温度为11~23℃,光照大于12h时转换为完全的雄性不育,该不育系可在南方繁殖,西北的青海进行夏季制种。

Study and Utilization of Heterosis in Two-Line Hybrid Rape |

Abstract: | By making use of light and temperature-sensitive male sterile individuals of Brassica napus and Brassica juncea, which was discovered in hybrid F 3 population from distant hybridization, two two-line hybrid rape varieties, 501-8S and 105-1S, were bred out. According to cultivation tests, they turned completely fertile with temperature ranging from 3℃ to 10℃ and daily sunshine shorter than twelve hours, and completely sterile with temperature ranging from 11℃ to 23℃ and daily sunshine longer than twelve hours, and could be cultivated in southern China and proliferated in summer time in Qinhai province. |
