| 摘 要： | 近年来,全国各地羊肉价格普遍走高,给羊肉消费市场和肉羊产业发展带来了很大影响。为了准确掌握羊肉价格形成机制,解释当前价格合理性与否,该研究基于抽样调查和典型调查所获取的数据,从肉羊产业链相关环节的成本收益分析出发,运用商品价值理论对羊肉价格进行合理性分析。结果表明,在肉羊产业链相关环节中的利润率都较低,羊肉的价格主要受各环节的成本变化影响,市场上现行的羊肉价格是比较合理的。

| Abstract: | In recent years,all over the country mutton price is generally higher.It has brought a great impact to the mutton consumption market and mutton sheep industry development.In order to gasp the lamb price formation mechanism accurately,explain price reasonable or not,based on obtained data by sampling survey and typical survey,starting from the cost benefit analysis of mutton sheep industry related links,rationality analysis was carried out on the price of mutton using the theory of commodity value.Results show that in the sectors of mutton sheep industry chain related profit margins are very low,the price of mutton mainly affected by changes in the cost of each link,so the current lamb on the market price is reasonable. |
