大孔树脂对樟子松松塔多酚的纯化工艺研究

摘    要:目的]优化樟子松松塔多酚纯化工艺,提高松多酚利用率。方法]以吸附解析率为衡量指标,确定纯化樟子松松塔多酚的最佳树脂;以多酚回收率和纯度为衡量指标,单因素试验研究纯化过程中各因素对纯化效果的影响,并且利用响应面优化樟子松松塔多酚的纯化工艺。结果]樟子松松塔多酚的初步纯化最适条件为上样液浓度0.2 mg/ml,上样液体积2.10 ml,样液pH 7,径高比1∶25.8,洗脱乙醇浓度57.75%。在此工艺参数下,樟子松松塔多酚的回收率可达68.78%。结论]经D4020大孔树脂纯化,樟子松松塔多酚纯度由21.6%升至59.4%,说明D4020大孔树脂适宜用于初步纯化樟子松松塔多酚。

Purification of Polyphenols from Pinus sylvestris L. var. mongolica Iacebark Pine by Macroporous Resin

Abstract: Objective ] To optimize the purification process of polyphenols from Pinus sylvestris L. vat. mongolica lacebark pine, improve the utilization rate of polyphenols. Method] Adsorption resolution was used as a measure to determine the best resin purification mongolica lace- bark pine polyphenols. Polyphenols recovery rate and purity were measured, the influence of various factors in the process of purification was studied with single factor experiment, and the response surface design was used to optimize this process. Result] The optimum conditions of purification were the sample concentration 0.2 mg/ml, the sample volume 2.10 m| in pH 7, diameter ratio 1 : 25.8 and the concentration of ethanol 57.75%. Pinus sylvestris L. vat. mongolica lacehark pine's recovery rate can reach 68.78% on this condition. Conclusion] Purity of Pinus sylvestris L. vat. mongolica lacehark pine polyphenols was from 21.6% to 59.4% according to this purification condition by IM020 macroporous resin, so this illustrates that D4020 maeroporous resin is suitable for preliminary purification Pinus sylvestris L. vat. mongolica la- cebark pine.
