东北地区通用运材车后下部防护装置的研究

摘    要:针对东北林区的特殊环境,在分析车辆追尾碰撞理论的基础上,探讨适用于东北地区运材车的后下部吸能防护装置要求。根据装置功能要求、耐低温材料要求、构件联接要求、安装要求、结构刚度要求和多级吸能要求提出采用摆杆曲柄连杆机构、扩胀管吸能、阻尼缸和橡胶金属螺旋复合弹簧相结合设计一款新型吸能防护装置。该装置能够有效避免钻撞并通过多级吸能减缓冲击。该设计经过有限元分析验证已达到了相关规定,为后下部防护装置的实际应用提供了试验数据理论根据。

Research on Rear Under - run Protective Device of Current Logging Trucks in the Northeast China

Abstract:view of the special environment of the nurtheast, based on the analysis of the vehicle rear - end collision theory, the test discusses the requirements of rear under - run proteelive device of Jogging trucks in the northeast. Aeeording to the demand of device - fimetion, low temperalure material, components- connection, installation, structure- stiffness, the muhistage endergonie, the text puts forward a new type of energy ahsorption protection device combined lever crank mechanism, endergonic dilation tube, damping cylinde with rubber metal spiral composite spring, the device can avoid the drill effectively and slow down the impact thruugh muhistage energy absorption. At last, through the finite element analysis and validation, it has reached the relevant rules'regulations. The study will provide experiment data and theoretical basis for application of rear under - run protective device.
