攀枝花烟草病毒病检测与防治对策

摘    要:采用酶联免疫反应检测技术(ELISA)对攀枝花烟区烟草病毒病发生情况进行检测,分析了该次病毒病发生原因,并有针对性地提出了综合防治措施。结果表明,从74份采集样品中检出烟草普通花叶病毒病(TMV)53份,检出率71.62%;黄瓜花叶病毒病(CMV)41份,检出率55.41%;马铃薯Y病毒病(PVY)37份,检出率50.00%;番茄花叶病毒病(ToMV)8份,检出率10.81%。74份检测样品中受2种或2种以上病毒复合侵染的样片有68份,检出比91.89%。该次病毒病发生原因主要包括气候因素、品种因素、病原因素和栽培管理因素;综合防治措施包括控制传染源、切断传播途径、选种抗性品种、加强田间管理和药剂防治。

Detection and Prevention Research of Tobacco Virus Disease in Panzhihua

Abstract:The occurrence of tobacco virus diseases in Panzhihua was detected by enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA) ; the causes of viral disease were analyzed ; and specific measures were put forward to control virus disease.Results showed that among 74 collected samples,53 TMV samples were detected,with detection rate of 71.62% ; 41 CMV samples,with detection rate of 55.41% ; 37 PVY samples,with detection rate ofS0.00% ; 8 ToMV samples,with detection rate of 10.81%.68 samples contained two or more viruses,and the detection ratio was 91.89%.The causes of viral disease concluded climatic factors,variety factors,pathogenic agent,cultivation and management.Some measures were put forward to control the occurrence of tobacco virus,such as controlling infection,cutting off the routes of transmission,selecting resistant varieties,strengthening field management and chemical control.
